How do I return an item?
- In order to do a return you will need to contact us for an RMA# at [email protected]
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER
(If a package is received back without a RMA#, it will be refused)
- All damaged/defective merchandise must be told to us within 3 business days of receipt.
- If an item is being returned, the customer is responsible to return the product to us and it must have a tracking number.
- All items are accepted within 30 days but there will be a 20% restocking fee if the item is new in box. If the item is used, there may be up to a 50% restocking fee and this is based on our discretion.
- After the 30 day return policy if something is wrong with an item, please contact the manufacture for assistance.
- ALL of our products come with a manufactures warranty!
- All software/Charts/Videos are non-returnable if opened.
- Shipping Charges are non-refundable.
